Compliance in Abu Dhabi — What Do You Really Need?

Every facility in Abu Dhabi — industrial or commercial — requires a complete set of licences and certificates before operations begin. Key ADCDA civil defence requirements include fire alarm system installation, Hassantuk registration, and an annual maintenance contract with a certified company.

You also need a trade licence from ADDED or DED depending on your activity, a building compliance certificate from the Municipality, and additional licences from specialist authorities such as DOH for healthcare, ADEK for education, or MOIAT for industrial activities.

The challenge is that requirements differ by zone — a facility in Musaffah Industrial has different rules from one in ICAD, KIZAD or Abu Dhabi City. SafePass brings all these requirements together into one clear map.
