1. Data Collection & Use
SafePass collects only the data necessary to deliver compliance and safety management services for Abu Dhabi facilities. What we collect: • Account data: name, email, phone number on registration • Facility data: activity type, location, zone • Usage data: pages visited, queries submitted to the AI assistant • Provider contact data: enquiries and requests sent We do not sell your data to any third party and only share it as required to operate the service.
2. Data Security
All data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) servers with full encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). We enforce Row-Level Security (RLS) policies to ensure every user sees only their own data. No employee or developer can access user data without explicit authorisation. Access permissions are reviewed regularly. In the event of a security breach, we will notify you immediately at your registered email address.
3. Cookies
We use only essential cookies required to operate the platform: • User session: to maintain your logged-in state • Language preference: to remember your Arabic/English choice • Supabase Auth: for secure authentication We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
4. Your Rights
You have the full right to: • Access your data: request a copy of all stored data about you • Correct data: update any inaccurate information from account settings • Delete your account: request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data • Withdraw consent: unsubscribe from any marketing communications at any time For requests: hello@safepass.ae — we respond within 72 business hours.
5. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services to operate the platform: • Supabase: database and authentication (servers in ap-southeast-1) • Vercel: application hosting (global CDN) • Google Gemini: AI assistant for compliance queries • Cloudflare: DNS protection and content acceleration These services are subject to their own privacy policies. We select providers committed to GDPR compliance.
6. Liability
SafePass information is for guidance only and does not constitute formal legal or technical advice. Government requirements change — always verify with official sources (ADCDA, ADDED, Municipality) before making any decision. SafePass accepts no liability for business decisions made solely on the basis of platform information.
7. Terms of Use
By using SafePass you agree to: • Use the platform for lawful purposes related to compliance and safety only • Not attempt to breach or disrupt any part of the platform • Not post misleading content in service provider reviews • Report any security vulnerability to hello@safepass.ae We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
