Electricity connection approval and connection agreement
TAQADetermined once the load is accepted: the connection voltage (low or medium) and the point of supply, and an on-plot substation may be required depending on the load — there is no fixed kVA threshold; it is settled with the distribution company.

Drawings, installation and execution
Fire Alarm Installation — Class A
ADCDAExecuted by an ADCDA Class A company; the operating logic is documented in the cause and effect matrix.
Adequate Ventilation for Inks & Solvents
MunicipalityVentilation and vapour extraction relate to smoke control and to the nature of the activity.
Approved Chemical Fire Extinguishers
ADCDAExtinguisher counts, travel distances and egress lighting are set by the occupancy classification.
Electrical installation, testing and commissioning
DoEExecuted to the Abu Dhabi Electricity Wiring Regulations (2020 Edition) and tested before energisation: earthing, insulation, conductor continuity and board compliance. The contractor must be qualified with the distribution company.
