Note: Proves that devices were inspected periodically per the approved schedule
Address data verified in the Hemaya portal (national address)
Note: Submit address verification request in advance via the Hemaya "Address Data Documentation" service
On-site Requirements — Equipment Condition

Alarm devices fully operational: smoke detectors, heat detectors, and manual call points
Note: Test each device and confirm the alert reaches the main control panel
Fire extinguishers: charged, properly placed, and not expired
Note: Max 15m between extinguishers — inspection tag must be current
Emergency exit signs illuminated, visible, and unobstructed
Note: Must be visible from any point in the facility, in Arabic and English
Emergency exits unlocked and free of obstructions
Note: Even temporary storage near exits can result in a violation
Hose reels (if applicable): pressurised correctly and easily accessible
Sprinkler heads clean and not painted over or obstructed
Note: Paint on a sprinkler head specifically disables its thermal activation mechanism
Emergency lighting activates during power failure
Note: Test by cutting main power for 30 seconds and verifying illumination
Systems & Connectivity

Control room (if applicable) staffed by an employee trained on suppression systems
Certified Company & Safety Officer

Evacuation plan posted in prominent locations and includes a facility layout
Note: Must be in Arabic and English and updated when internal layout changes
Fire drill record — at least once annually
Note: Some facility types require twice annually — check your specific activity requirements
